Located directly on the Gulf of Mexico in Orange Beach, Alabama, Windward Pointe 804 is a great beach front condo for the entire family to enjoy. With it’s location on the eighth floor, you are high enough to get a spectacular view of the beach but still low enough to watch the kids while they swim in the pool. 

Windward Pointe 804 features a large, renovated kitchen with plenty of counter space, stainless-steel appliances, and a full sized washer and dryer. Other features include wood-plank tile floors throughout, WiFi, and an expansive balcony overlooking the beach. The living room features a large flat screen TV and has a comfortable sofa, love seat, and chair. This unit offers three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The sleeping arrangement consist of a king bed in the master bedroom, a queen bed in the second bedroom and two full beds in the third bedroom. The master suite has access to the balcony, which overlooks the beach, and offers a full private bathroom. The second full bathroom is located in the hall between the second and third bedroom. With a sleeper-sofa sleeper in the living area, this unit can sleep up to ten comfortably in beds.

Windward Pointe is located in the heart of Orange Beach and features amenities such as beach side pool with gazebo, kiddie pool, tennis courts, indoor pool, hot tub, sauna, fitness room, charcoal grilling area, basketball hoop, and so much more. There is plenty of room on the over-sized balcony for the whole family to admire the sights while enjoying the fresh coastal breeze.
