The living area features a leather couch, love seat, and recliner, with a large mounted flat-screen TV and balcony access. The well-equipped island kitchen features granite counters, tile backsplash, quartz counters, stainless appliances, a massive double-door refrigerator, custom cabinets, a Keurig coffee maker, and plenty of counter space.

Windward Pointe 303 is ideally situated on the third floor, overlooking the pool and the beach. Watch the kids play in the pool or admire the spectacular view of the beach and gulf from the spacious balcony. The balcony is furnished with a table that seats four plus 4 additional Adirondack chairs.

With a king-size bed in the master bedroom, a king bed in the second bedroom, and queen beds, twin bunk bed, plus a twin pull-out in the third bedroom this lovely condo can sleep up to nine people. Each bedroom has a flat-screen TV. The master bath features a tile walk-in shower. This condo has a washer & dryer, wireless internet, and wood-like tile floors throughout.
