Phoenix II 2102 is a spacious, nicely appointed, two-bedroom, two-bath unit with tile floors throughout. The living room includes a flat screen TV with DVD player, balcony access, two chairs, and a queen size sofa sleeper for extra guests. The kitchen features oak cabinets and new counter-tops and plenty of kitchen utensils for your cooking needs. There is dining table with seating for 4. The master bedroom features a king-size bed, private bath, and balcony access. The second bedroom has a full-size bed. This spacious condo can comfortably sleep up to 6 guests. Both bedrooms have a flat screen TV and wifi is available throughout the condo.
Parking: You must purchase your parking passes upon arrival from the lobby of Phoenix I (located next door to Phoenix II). They cost $25 per vehicle. You are allowed up to two (2) parking passes. The cost of parking passes are set by the association and are subject to change at any time without notice.
Beach chairs and umbrellas are available in the spring and summer season for daily or weekly rentals through a third-party beach service company located on the beach.
If you need to accommodate additional guests, Bella Beach Properties also manages the unit next door (Phoenix II 2101) which is a three-bedroom, two-bath unit that will sleep up to eight guests.
