Blue Lagoon beach house (#129) is located 2.7 miles from the “T” in Gulf Shores, close to all that Gulf Shores has to offer. The subdivision (Blue Lagoon) is nestled between the Gulf of Mexico and Little Lagoon, just a short walk to the beach. The subdivision amenities include a community pool and a small fishing pier on Little Lagoon.

Blue Lagoon #129 is the perfect beach home for the entire family. This spacious, 2500 square foot, 2-story home sits on pilings with parking for 4 underneath. The common area is located on the second level and features an open living area and kitchen, a separate dining room, a half-bath, and the master suite. The dining table includes seating for 8 plus 3 at the kitchen bar. The spacious, well-equipped kitchen has plenty of counter space, granite counters, and a side-by-side, stainless steel refrigerator. The living area consists of a couch, love seat, two chairs, a large flat screen TV, and balcony access. The common area has tile throughout. Other features include a washer, dryer, WiFi, and 4 amazing balconies.

The master suite is located on the main level and features a king-sized bed, hardwood floors, balcony access, and a private bath. The large master bath features a double vanity, walk-in tile shower, and a large jet tub. The other four bedrooms and two bathrooms are located on the second living level (3^rd floor). Bedroom 2 has a king bed and a private bath. Bedroom 3 has a full bed. Bedroom 4 has a bunk bed with two twin-sized beds. Bedroom 5 has a bunk bed with two full-sized beds. Every bedroom has access to a balcony. This home can comfortably sleep 10 guests with 12 being the maximum occupancy.

This home is non-smoking. A pet is acceptable with an additional non-refundable fee of $250. Currently this home has one smart TV in the living area and one TV in the master bedroom. Neither have cable but both do get about 15 channels including a several local channels over air through an antenna.
