In the living area, a large flat screen TV is featured along with a cozy couch that will convert into a sleeper sofa, and 2 lovely sofa chairs to relax on and watch the gulf. There are 2 balcony sliding glass doors, located in the living area & dining area, allowing the views to be seen wherever you are when inside the condo. Floor to ceiling curtains provide privacy when needed and can open up to bring in the sunlight. When the balcony doors are opened, the breeze coming off the gulf is so nice to take in that it instantly takes away a lot of stress you may have before you arrived. Lovely decor is setup throughout the unit and the condo is fully stocked with everything needed during your stay. The dining area features table that will seat 6 with added seating for 2 at the breakfast bar. Be sure to enjoy a nice family meal in the condo as the kitchen will be fully equipped for all your cooking needs.

Each bedroom is professionally decorated and include flat screen TV’s along their own private bathrooms. No worries of having to share or wait your turn to take a shower and get ready for a night out on the town. The master bedroom features a king bed plus balcony access. Great gulf views can be seen from 2 different sliding glass balcony doors. The 2nd bedroom features a queen size bed. The 3rd bedroom features a king bed with its very own private balcony which provides Western views overlooking the gulf, harbor, and City of Orange Beach. Making use of the sleeper-sofa in the living area, Shoalwater 906 can accommodate up to 8 guests!

Shoalwater complex amenities include a large outdoor pool with a beachside Gazebo surrounded by several lounge chairs, a kiddie pool with seating and shading available so your little one doesn’t get burned while having fun. Outdoor bathrooms are located near the pools plus an outdoor shower available at the boardwalk that will lead you closer to the beach. The indoor heated pool, hot tub, sauna/steam room, & small fitness area are located in a separate heated building that sits right in front of the complex. Charcoal Grilled BBQ area & tennis court / basketball court is also setup in front of the complex for all guest to enjoy.

Shoalwater has so many great features available all onsite there is never a reason to leave the complex. If you do choose to venture out, Shoalwater is located in the Heart of Orange Beach so numerous shopping, dining, and entertainment options are available nearby.
